Systems Management Includes computerized control of production scheduIing methods, sub-contract responsibilities and purchased parts release. Program Management A Program Manager is assigned to major projects, responsible for communication with customer representatives, internal liaison and supplier interface as required. The Program Manager reports directly to the company President and will speak with the President's authority to all internal functional activities related to the assigned project. Configuration Management A technical and contractual baseline is established upon receipt of an order to the specifications referenced therein. Responsibility for adherence to this procedure rests with the Project Engineer. Data Management All deliverable data, including operational and maintenance manuals, are the responsibility of the Project Engineer.
