24 Hour Emergency Service
A Company representative with thorough knowledge
of REGENT's products will be on call 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week. He will be able to provide
information on performance, service, or maintenance
of any equipment. Every effort will be made to
accommodate our customers and handle any problem in
the most expeditious manner possible.
Field Service
REGENT maintains a full time Field Service
Manager and a Technical organization. Their responsibility
is to supply training and technical assistance in support
of all REGENT manufactured items.

Customer Training
Training, at either the Customer's facility, or
REGENT's Downey facility is offered. A
comprehensive program has been developed to accommodate
the particular demands of airline personnel involved
in the operation and maintenance of Aircraft Jacking
Equipment. Upon completion, a Certificate of Completion
is awarded to attendees.
Warranty
REGENT offers the most comprehensive written
warranty in the industry. Depending on the product(s)
purchased, warranties range from 12 to 60 months.
Limited Lifetime Warranties are offered on REGENT
's Series 90 Tripod Jacks.
